Mentorship

Mr.S. Prabhu is a great mentor and involved in the process of mentoring young officers from Civil Service, from IT Industry, from Auditing fraternity, Marketing arenas and people who are aspiring to become a specialist in different fields. He maintains one to one relationship and monitor them continuously and evaluate the process and give suggestions for their personality development. He was part of Civil Service Institutes which train members for Civil Services and also train members for various aspects of work as explained above. Accompanying them making a commitment in a caring way, which involves taking part in the learning process side-by-side with the learner.
