Mr.Prabhu is a specialist in Cyber Law governing National / International Cyber activities. The Cyber revolution holds the promise of outreaching the masses which is faster than any other technology available to us till this date and unless that potential area is appropriately guided by a legal regime based on this present day socio-economic practice. Law is not the solution but law can provide the roadmap to technology with appropriate checks and balances embedded in for better utility. It also enables as a management tool, the rights and obligations of the technology and its interface with good governance, open government, transparency and all the more public accountability itself.

He is specialised in the Cyber Space jurisprudence, understanding the Cyber space and its jurisdiction, especially the Laws relevant to Electronic Contracts and the Security concerns thereon. The different vistas of the Electronic Contracts could be analysed thoroughly for better execution. In this context, the legal issues in Cyber Contracts can be well analysed.

He is a master in IT Act, 2000 and 2008.

Apart from this he has specialised in International Property Rights in Cyber Space including Copyright in International Technology, Legal issues and International Copyrights, Trademarks, Data Bases, etc.

He has also specialised in e-Commerce and Taxation areas. Understanding the salient features of e-Commerce, he could provide consultancy on Security in e-Commerce and also do Forensic Audit in those activities within the Indian and International Laws.

This also includes e-Banking and related legal issues especially e-Contract in e-Transactions and the role of authorities, etc. especially the Credit Card transactions, Point of Sale, etc.

International Taxation in e-Commerce and Taxation issues in Cyber Space as also very demanding area in which had an in-depth understanding of those areas.

He has thorough knowledge and understanding in Cyber crimes and the Indian Penal Law related to Cyber crimes and issues relating to Internet Governance.

He is also specialised in recently published CobiT-5 and Information Security releases and how to make them a useful tool in evaluating the organisational performance for better results.
